Our membership standards
To qualify, an estate agent must achieve at least one of
the following:
– Proven customer excellence: A minimum of 20 genuine
client reviews with an average minimum rating of 4.5 stars.
– Industry recognition: Winning a recognised property
industry award in the last 12 months.
– Trusted by peers: A recommendation from an existing FIA
member who stands by their reputation.
